  Tonight me and my son decided to eat out and chose this restaurant because it was close to our home. After entering the lobby we noticed there was a line with about six student athletes. We decided to wait in line until about six more students decided to cut in front of us one at a time with the mgr watching.this upset me some but what happened next was more than I was going to stand in line for the coach asked if the students in front had ordered yet when they said no he proceeded to the front of the line. I could expect this from children and many a coach that has the manners of a child. For the manager to just watch this and see that it's upsetting the other patrens and do nothing is why Jack's is off my list of places to take my family.

  Food was great!!! Second time ive had jacks. Service this time However, We went thru drive thru. When handed our food the girls were too busy talking about wingstop to say anything to us. Handed us the food continued her converation about wingstop and walked away. In no way did she thank us for coming, tell us that was it, or have a nice day...
