  Went through the drive thru for lunch nobody in the building other than the employees ordered my food and pull around paid and was asked to pull up no big deal sit out side for 15 min food was brought out came back to work and didn't have all the order so I call and they said the rest of the order is here we forgot it.
  
  I am sure they were so busy they couldn't put 5 items in a bag. Don't recommend using this Hardee's

  They we're out of fries so I asked for onion rings instead. They up charged me .60 cents per combo. When I asked the manager about it she stated I asked for them. When I explained I only asked them to substitute because they had no fries period in the restaurant she acted like she had no idea what to do. I then asked for the update back for the combo's and the DM's phone number. All the employees took off to the back of the kitchen. I happened to see the DM's number on the receipt. I called to explain the situation.i was eventually given the up charge money back, but still feel they were very unprofessional and did not go the extra mile to please me. I have ate breakfast here many times and been well pleased, but this was a horrible experience.
